• Frank Herzog was born in 1966 and is a German national.

• He graduated as a Diplom-Kaufmann from the WHU Koblenz and received an MBA degree from the University of Texas, USA.

• After completing his university education, he started his career in 1994 as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he spent eight years working in various roles in Frankfurt, London and New York.

• In 2001, Frank Herzog joined Rothschild in London, where Frank Herzog worked as a Corporate Finance Advisor for nine years before moving to Citigroup.

• Frank Herzog joined KION GROUP on October 1, 2012, in order to manage its planned IPO and assumed his current position as Head of Corporate Finance with responsibility for financing, treasury, M&A and investor relations with the successful listing of the company in June 2013.
