• Michael Andersen was born in Denmark, on February 9, 1968 and holds a Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (HD).

• From 1987 until 1994, he was Auditor at Arthur Andersen Consulting in Copenhagen.

• In 1994, Michael Andersen joined Carlsberg Brewery as Controller.

• From 1995 until 2000, he took over the responsibility of Controlling at GEA Process Engineering.

• From 2000 until 2015, he was the Chief Financial Officer of GEA Process Engineering and GEA Heat Exchangers.

• In January 2016, Michael Andersen joined Krones AG as Chief Financial Officer within the Executive Board.
